Maryland Washington Minority Contractors in May, 2002 Wayne R. Frazier, Sr. has led the organization with over thirty (30) years of experience in the real estate and business development, finance and banking, and investment arenas.

MWMCA's mission of encouraging diversity and expanding opportunities for minority businesses has expanded, however minorities still have a long, uphill battle. For our corporate members and/or sponsors we provide a forum to develop relationships with minority contractors of various trades. With the TEAM (Together Each Can Achieve More) approach there is greater chance to succeed.

Membership is available to all companies whether it is construction or non-construction related.
