Smoot Selects Morgan Grad to Lead D.C. Operations
Washington, D.C. – Smoot Construction is pleased to announce the hiring of Omar McIntosh as senior vice president and regional executive. McIntosh brings 20 years of diverse construction experience in the D.C. marketplace to the position. He leads the company’s DC operations and manages a team of construction professionals that are responsible for a diverse portfolio of work throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area.
