Barbara Robinson, Democrat, District 40, Baltimore City Delegate was recently installed chair of Maryland's legislative Black Caucus. Her term will cover a two year period beginning with the 2015 General Assembly session.
One recent very cold and snowy evening in Annapolis, Maryland, she agreed to be interviewed about her role as chairwoman. She shared her vision to assist and improve conditions for Black people and businesses.
