Kinsley Construction Selected As Contractor for Senior Apartment Conversion

YORK, PA – The Wyomissing, PA office of Kinsley Construction was awarded a $7.95-million adaptive-reuse project by The Woda Group, Inc. of Westerville, OH to convert the former A.S. Kreider Shoe Company in Lebanon, PA into independent senior living apartments.

The six-story, 63,000-sq-ft building will offer 50 one- and two-bedroom apartments, a community room, a library, and a play area for visiting children. The project is being financed in part by Low Income Housing Tax Credits and a loan from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, PNC Bank, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pittsburgh Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program, and the Lebanon County Housing Trust.  The project is designed to achieve LEED certification.
