The Hagerstown Multi-Use Sports and Events Facility will be a state of the art, family friendly venue with flexibility to include the hosting of outdoor concerts, festivals, community, and family-oriented events, as well as serving as the home field for an Atlantic League Professional Baseball Club. Additionally, the facility will be designed to host other sports, cultural, and community events.
The project will include demolition of existing buildings located on the site, site enabling work, and construction of the new facility, inclusive of structure, turf, seating, The facility will be a catalyst for downtown revitalization and inspire further economic development and tourism for Washington County and western Maryland.
Our project MBE goal is 29% MDOT Certified (11% Women owned and 8% African American companies)
