We would like to encourage the members of Maryland Washington Minority Contractors Association to attend a special session on contracts offered by the American Subcontractors Association of Metro Washington.  Specifically, the focus of this event is to make small, minority subcontractors aware of their rights in the contracting process.  We find that too many subcontractors are unaware of the contracts they sign and suffer greatly if there are change orders, back charges or late payments on their projects.
