This program is an initiative aimed at helping our small business partners (including HUBZone small businesses, women-owned, minority-owned, veteran-owned, and disadvantaged subcontractors) succeed – both in working for Grunley, and in the construction industry at-large. The program will consist of one day-long course per month, taught by Grunley leadership, executives, and subject matter experts. These courses will equip small business leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to grow their business.

Please note, the Associate Partnership Training Program (APTP) requires consistent commitment from all participating companies. To successfully graduate the program, someone from your company must attend at least 7 of the 8 sessions, including the Final Presentation.

Grunley will cover all associated program costs (not including travel and lodging, should your company need those accommodations). Program attendance is free to accepted applicants. To participate, please use the QR code or link below to fill out the application form.
