Wohlsen Construction has been hired as the Construction Manager for the upcoming renovations at the PG County Sports and Learning Complex. The renovations include the full removal and replacement of the existing 50-yard competition pool, upgrades to the existing leisure pool, and renovations to the existing locker rooms.
Scopes of Work include: Concrete, Masonry, Misc Metals, Waterproofing, Metal Wall Panels, Roofing, Doors/Frames, Drywall, Ceramic Tile, Epoxy Flooring, Painting, Bathroom Partitions/Specialties, Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
We will be providing a overview of the project and a tour of the existing space.
