Contractors and project stakeholders are invited to an informational session on Baltimore’s Inner Harbor Park and Promenade Project horizontal construction work. Hosted by Harborplace developer MCB Real Estate and project general contractor The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, the event will outline the Harborplace project scope of horizontal site improvements, including the promenade, bulkhead and marine infrastructure, heavy civil, wet and dry utilities, landscaping, hardscaping, and public-space enhancements. Attendees will learn how subcontractor participation and bid procurement will occur throughout development while connecting with project leadership, development partners, and industry peers.
