The Office of Procurement & Materials and the Small Business Programs Office invites all Architectural and Engineering (A&E) companies to an “Industry Forum & Networking Event” in advance of an upcoming Design General Engineering Consultant (GEC) Procurement on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
In early April 2019, WMATA plans to issue a Request for Proposal to provide support services covering a wide and diverse group of future A&E/Design needs. The Procurement will be structured to ultimately award multiple on-call task orders related to GEC master contracts that will serve a full spectrum of engineering and design technical disciplines.
In addition, WMATA is looking to award several set-aside contracts targeting certified Small Businesses to compete as prime consultants. The Project’s term is 5-Years. A master contract will be awarded to multiple firms in each technical category. WMATA is projecting $500 million in A&E task order awards over 5 years.
Time will be allowed for questions and feedback. The Session will conclude with an opportunity to meet and network with your peers.
