PEB 4th Floor Fit-out & Infrastructure Upgrades
The project scope consists of approximately 90,000 SF of renovations, tenant improvements on the 4th floor, two new exterior stair tower structures for egress out of the PEB on levels 1-5, smoke evacuation system upgrades for the PEB lobby, and may include new HVAC equipment on each of the existing 5 floors complete with building automation controls, upgrading existing BAS controls at the PEB and PEUB Building. As part of the demolition, identified hazardous material removal is expected, including asbestos containing materials and lead based paint.

PEB Cafeteria Expansion
The project scope consists of approximately 4,800 SF of renovations to the building commercial kitchen, the serving area, expansion into an existing storage room, and limited site improvements associated with the replacement/relocation of two exterior doors. Project includes the construction of temporary and limited pre-packaged food service in the existing dining area. All new equipment, kitchen equipment, finishes, signage and building infrastructure is included as indicated in the Construction Documents. As part of the demolition, identified hazardous material removal is included, including asbestos containing materials and mercury-containing light fixtures. FF&E is not included.
