SCOPE OF REQUEST
Developer is seeking qualifications from waste service providers to administer and manage sitewide waste removal, waste diversion, and sustainability programs (collectively the
“Respondent”) for the Project.
Scope of Service
* Administer effective oversite and analysis for the safe removal of non-hazardous as well as hazardous waste from each building
* Contract with and manage any necessary relationships with sub-contracted vendors when applicable
* Provide and coordinate installation of any required equipment to meet operational and sustainability needs
* Manage ongoing equipment maintenance and repairs
* Partner with third party housekeeping company to manage any necessary labor programs associated with waste removal
* Responsible for monitoring changes in the law, rules or regulations that would impact the handling of waste removal
* Prepare and submit monthly invoices for complete program waste removal on a per building basis:
* Retail invoices shall be submitted directly to the applicable accounts payable contact associated with each tenant
*Office and Residential invoices shall be submitted directly to Weller Management
* Prepare quarterly reporting that gives insight into the waste diversion and sustainability of each
