Project Description:
The Baltimore Arena (TBA) project is a renovation and modernization of the existing Royal Farms Arena, originally opened in 1962 as The Baltimore Civic Center. The project will consist of demolition (interior and selective structural), structural modifications, facade improvements, new vertical transportation, MEP system upgrades, seating bowl upgrades, and general interior finish renovations to suit the revised program.
The project is subject to Baltimore City contracting requirements of 27% MBE and 10% WBE participation as certified by the City's Minority & Women's Business Opportunity Office (MWBOO). In addition, the project is subject to the Employ Baltimore Executive Order for local hiring. Please direct questions regarding these requirements to your trade estimating lead.

Please submit any RFI’s via the messaging module within Building Connected by November 30, 2021 at 4:00 PM.
