Project Description:
Kiewit Infrastructure Co. (KIC) is preparing to respond to the Request for Proposals issued by WMATA to deliver the Aerial Structure Package B Design-Build Project (Solicitation No. FRBIR222051/RCD). The Project consists of the structural rehabilitation of 20 bridges and aerial structures throughout the WMATA system in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.

Firms certified as Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) (or eligible for certification) by the District of Columbia Unified Certification Program (DCUCP), or the D.C. Department of Transportation (DDOT) are highly encouraged to attend.
Major scopes on the project include, but are not limited to Bearing Replacement, Concrete Repairs, Fence, Maintenance of Traffic, Misc. Metals, Painting/Coating, Scaffolding/Falsework/Shoring, Waterproofing/Expansion Joints/Joint Sealants, etc. To assist certified DBE contractors and suppliers and foster participation, we will divide work packages into economically feasible packages.
