Project Description:
The University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors/companies to provide a replacement chiller (with associated support equipment/devices/controls) as required per WSP (formerly Leach Wallace Associates) Chiller Study dated April 5 2022.
The intent of this work is for the vendor to furnish and provide services for the installation of:
Option 1. A new replacement chiller and add related components, such as piping, valves, chiller water pumps, variable frequency pumps as well as related components, controls, and utilities.
The intent of this work is for the vendor to furnish and provide services for the installation of:
Option 1. A new replacement chiller and add related components, such as piping, valves, chiller water pumps, variable frequency pumps as well as related components, controls, and utilities.
Option 2. All work associated with Option 1 plus the addition of an air-cooled chiller and pump package to provide N+1 redundancy and add staging flexibility.
