Turner Construction is pleased to request participation from your company in submitting a bid proposal in accordance with the following request. Bid Proposals, Pre-qualification statements and other applicable information will be received and accepted
until the date and time above. Any proposal received after this date and time may not be accepted.
Project Description
The Hagerstown Multi-Use Sports and Events Facility will be a state of the art, family-friendly venue with flexibility to include the hosting of outdoor concerts, festivals, community, and family-oriented events, as well as serving as the home field for an Atlantic League Professional Baseball Club. Additionally, the facility will be designed to host other sports, cultural, and community events. The project will include demolition of existing buildings located on the site, site enabling work, and construction of the new facility, inclusive of structure, turf, seating, The facility will be a catalyst for downtown revitalization and inspire further economic development and tourism for Washington County and western Maryland. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in April 2024.

MBE Participation Goal
The project includes overall MBE goal of 29% with sub-goals of 11% Woman-Owned and 8% African American.
All MBE and Non-MBE firms are encouraged to attend. MBE firms MUST be MDOT certified.
Questions during bidding shall be submitted in writing on your letterhead by e-mail to Turner Construction Company, Attn: Mark McAbee at mmcabee@tcco.com no later than April 4, 2023 no later than 3:00PM. The design team has been advised that all questions must be addressed through Turner, and no individual questions will be responded to except through the proper channels.
