The M&T Bank Stadium Renovations Project Package 2 is an early release package for the renovation work at the stadium.
Gilbane Building Company, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested contractors to bid on the following bid packages:
02A Demolition Interior and Exterior
03A Cast in Place Concrete
03B Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic
08B Glass and Glazing
11A Kitchen Equipment
22A Mechanical Equipment / Design Assist
26A Electrical Equipment / Design Assist
27A Audio Visual Equipment
27B Tele-Data Equipment
Bidders must prequalify online at https://compass-app.com prior to submitting their bid. We anticipate documents being available on 08/30/23.
Additional information will be provided to pre-qualified contractors through SmartBid.
This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 35% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages.
