The M&T Bank Stadium Renovations Project Package 12 is an early release package for the renovation work at the stadium. Gilbane Building Company, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following bid packages:
02V Demolition
09Q Painting
09V Drywall/Ceilings
21V Sprinkler
23V HVAC/Plumbing
26V Electrical/Fire Alarm
Bidders must prequalify online at https://compass-app.com prior to submitting their bid.
A Pre-Bid Meeting(s) are scheduled as follows:
October 10, 2024, from 2pm to 4pm: This meeting will focus on MEP Infrastructure on the Stadium’s Service Level
October 11, 2024, from 2pm to 4pm: This meeting will focus on the MEP Infrastructure work on the Stadium’s Main Concourse,
Club/Suites, and Upper Concourse Levels.
