Package 3A: Includes construction of the new stacked Home Clubhouse and Batting Arena Complex, renovations of the existing Home Clubhouse into the new Visitor Clubhouse, relocation of bullpens off field into 1st and 3rd base berms, dugout renovations, parking modification, IT and AV upgrades in order to satisfy PDL (Player Development League) requirements.
