UMMS is seeking a vendor to perform AR Management services in up to four areas of focus. You may bid on some or all of these areas of focus.

• General AR Management – to act as an extension of our business office providing follow up, collection, and appeal services. Payer mix and placement volume will vary to suit the needs of the business.
• Complex Claims: Motor Vehicle Accident – to identify MVA accounts and other coverage and act as an extension of our business office providing follow up, collection, and appeal services.
• Complex Claims: Worker’s Compensation - to identify WC accounts and other coverage and act as an extension of our business office providing follow up, collection, and appeal services.
• Complex Claims: Veteran’s Administration - to identify VA accounts and other coverage and act as an extension of our business office providing follow up, collection, and appeal services.
• Complex Claims: Coordination of Benefits – address patient involvement issues such as Medicare open segments, coordination of benefits, and forms (such as Tricare TPL form, CareFirst accident form, coordination or benefit questionnaires).
