The UMMC – Gudelsky Emergency Power Upgrade project at UMMC Downtown Campus, 22 S Greene Street; Baltimore, MD 21201, includes the replacement of three emergency generators located at the roof level of the Gudelsky Building. Each generator will need to be replaced in its own phase in order to maintain the required emergency power provisions needed for the hospital. Work includes all demolition, construction, and replacement work for exterior façade, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, and life safety features. Work will be occurring in the building penthouse and will require rigging equipment for the removal and install of the generators.
