Baltimore County Public Schools has contracted with Gilbane Building Company to construct a new 97,000 sf Scotts Branch Elementary located on the athletic fields of an existing Scotts Branch Elementary. Upon completion of the new school, the old building will be demolished and replaced by the new athletic fields. The new building will be structural steel, masonry, metal panel, curtain wall with typical interior finishes and amenities of a school.
