On this construction, renovation and addition project, our team will:
Build a new multi-story, 68,230 -SF Theatre Building for the University of Mary Washington.
Fine Arts Renovation of 85,918-SF in duPont, Pollard, Melchers and Klein
Add space in support of the Music and Art, and Art History Departments
Improve existing plumbing, HVAC, electrical, life safety systems, material finishes, art studio exhaust safety processes, acoustic isolation and sound control, and circulation
Ensure continued department operations throughout construction by utilizing swing space and a phased schedule approach
Create arrival/drop off spaces, accessible vehicular parking, service spaces, new and improved pedestrian accessibility connections, and outdoor academic and program spaces
This is a great opportunity for first tier, second-tier subcontractors and suppliers.
