For more than four decades, MDCHCA has worked to connect Hispanic and minority contractors with the resources, education, relationships, and opportunities they need to grow and succeed in the construction industry.

Our Annual Gala gives us an opportunity to celebrate that work alongside the members, contractors, industry partners, public officials, and community leaders who help make it possible.

We redirect funds to continue creating access to education, information, relationships, and opportunities for contractors throughout the DMV, like our OSHA 30 training programs, Construction Business Management Program, and our DMV Women in Construction Collaborative Program.
