Project Description:

The M&T Bank Stadium Renovations Project Package 1 is an early release package for the renovation work at the stadium. 


 

Gilbane Building Company, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested contractors to bid on the following bid packages:

 

 

  • 05A Structural Steel 
  • 08A Operable Glass Partitions / Doors 
  • 14A Elevators 
  • 31A Foundation Improvements – Delegated Design 

 

Bidders must prequalify online at https://compass-app.com prior to submitting their bid. 

 

• Bid Due Date: August 25, 2023 by no later than 1:00 PM 

• RFI Due Date: August 17, 2023 by no later than 5:00pm 

• Pre-Bid Meeting: August 15, 2023 from 2:00pm-3:00pm 

 

 

Additional information will be provided to pre-qualified contractors through SmartBid. 

 

This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 35% with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable.

This project includes prevailing wages.
