The M&T Bank Stadium Renovations Project Package 6 is an early release package for the renovation work at the stadium.
Gilbane Building Company, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following bid packages:

Bidders must prequalify online at https://compass-app.com prior to submitting their bid.
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 9:00am on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. Please RSVP to Vanessa Ellis at vellis@gilbaneco.com so that attendees are added to the list for security. Parking/Entrance Instructions are as follows:
1. Park in Parking Lot D
2. Enter Stadium through either the Southeast Entrance and go through Security.
3. All Attendees must bring/wear PPE.
4. Gilbane will meet all bidders on the Main Concourse level next to the entrance, just past security.
All additional information will be provided to invited/pre-qualified trade contractors via Bid Supplement through SmartBid.

Notes:
This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 35% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided in the SmartBid Plan Room, must be completed,
and submitted with all bid proposals.
Bids are due on Friday, March 1, 2024, by no later than 2:00pm. **Late bids will NOT be accepted.
Requests for Information (RFI) are due by Wednesday, February 21, 2024 by no later than 4:00pm.
