The Department of General Services project consists of the construction of a new 5-story courthouse, plus basement & penthouse, approximately 219,000 sf and other associated work. The work also includes relocation, storage, restoration, and reuse of marble columns. Removal, protection, transportation, storage, restoration, and reinstallation of the historic courtroom, currently located in the existing Supreme Court of Maryland building.
BUILDING TRADES, SITEWORK & RESTORATION CONTRACTORS ARE NEEDED.
The project is State-Funded and is subject to Prevailing Wages.
This project includes 40% MBE goal & 10% VSBE Goal
