This project requires the design, provision, and full functionality of several key systems, including electrical power generation and distribution, process/mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, structural, architectural, and DPCS monitoring and control, as well as flood mitigation. The work also encompasses sediment and erosion control, excavation, backfill, the construction of concrete structures, paving, and surface restoration. All elements of the Design-Build work will be executed in full conformance with the Conceptual Documents and all local codes.
