This design-build project involves the construction of a new CSO storage tank and diversion structure. We are looking for experienced partners to assist with key elements of the work.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
The scope of work for this design-build project includes all necessary services for the design and construction of a new CSO storage tank and diversion structure. The final technical details will be finalized in the awarded Design-Build contract. Key responsibilities include:
Site Preparation & Excavation
Excavation support systems and groundwater control
Handling and disposing of excavated material
Installation of geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring
Rock removal/ excavation
Structural & Utilities
Sewer installation by open-cut methods
Electrical, instrumentation, and plumbing
Rebar installation, formwork, and structural concrete placement
Process mechanical systems
Site Management & Logistics
Maintenance of sewer flows
Stormwater management and erosion and sediment control
Site restoration and landscaping
Managing quality of life issues and noise reduction
Traffic Maintenance
Project Controls & Operations
Protection of structures and pre-and-post construction inspections
Commissioning and start-up
Comprehensive safety program
Quality control program
