This project involves the new construction, renovation, and reconfiguration of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission's Anacostia Depot campus, one of WSSC's largest physical presences in the region, supporting water and sewer field operations. This phased project will place an emphasis on sustainability, improving office and industrial space efficiency, and compliance with current building codes.

The project will include demolition and abatement, extensive site work, multiple newly constructed buildings, new prefabricated buildings, and renovation of multiple existing buildings.
