This Progressive Design-Build project involves comprehensive engineering, permitting, and construction required to rehabilitate approximately 6,620 linear feet of a 102" reinforced concrete trunk sewer stretching from WSSC Water’s Anacostia Depot downstream to the Anacostia WWPS. Executed under a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) framework, the project tasks include conducting field investigations, reviewing historical data, securing permits and right-of-way acquisitions, and preparing cost estimates.
