UMMS is seeking an enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management solution that serves as a single, authoritative source for contract data and documents across the full contract lifecycle, from intake and authoring through negotiation, execution, ongoing obligation management, and archival. The solution must support UMMS's cross functional contracting hubs (IS&T, OGC, Supply Chain, Corporate Contracting, and facilities, AI-enabled contract review and authoring, configurable workflows and approvals, and integration with UMMS enterprise systems (including Infor, Cloud Suite, ServiceNow, enterprise document repositories, and e-signature platforms).
