The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Anacostia Depot Reconfiguration Construction. Project work includes
1. Construction of new Administration building with approximately 112,000 square feet with LEED Silver certification.
2. Renovation of existing Warehouse building with a new sewer thermal heating exchange mechanical system.
3. Renovation of existing Fleet Garage building.
4. New pre-engineered Storage building.
5. Replacement of existing Outdoor Storage building.
6. Renovation of existing Heavy Equipment Shop building.
7. Construction of new Guard Booth.
8. New pre-engineered Radio Shed building.
9. Construction of new Vehicle Rinse Station.
10. Construction of new Materials Bins.
11. Sitework improvements, including utilities, grading, paving, stormwater management, landscaping, etc.
12. Demolition of three existing buildings and storage structures.
Some or all the above work items will be phased construction. Areas of the site will remain occupied by the Owner during various phases of construction. Bidders will be able to discover this project on Bid Board and join from the Hensel Phelps Public Plan Room.
