Howard University's Real Estate Development & Capital Asset Management (REDCAM) division is excited to join the Live! Casino & Hotel and Md. Washington Minority Contractors Association’s Minority Outreach Fair!
As an event participant, with over $1 billion in contracting opportunities in the near term, Howard will seize this opportunity to launch its Howard Builds initiative, aimed to identify contractors, vendors and trades of all sizes and assess their capabilities in upcoming projects. In partnership with the DC Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and JSSB Consulting LLC, the REDCAM team will provide technical assistance to contractors as they bid, win and execute work to grow capacity and profitability.
