2. Follow the instructions under “Become a Subcontractor” Subcontracts and Purchase Agreements over $100,000 resulting from this solicitation shall include the requirement to provide Payment and Performance Bonds.

Subcontracts will be executed on Hensel Phelps standard Subcontract or Purchase Agreement forms, a copy of which can be viewed upon request. All Subcontracts will include a waiver of subrogation.
