RFP Title: PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES

 

RFP Language: The University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide AE Design Services as further described in this Request for Proposal (RFP) for The University of Maryland (UM) Baltimore Washington Medical Center Master Plan Phase I project in Glen Burnie, Maryland. This project will prioritize sustainable and high-performance building design, incorporating low energy usage, no carbon emissions, and environmentally responsible solutions to align with UMMS’s commitment to sustainability and long-term operational efficiency. The selected Design Partner is expected to integrate and incorporate strategies for energy conservation, carbon neutrality, and environmentally conscious material selection into the project’s design approach.
