Project Description:
Skanska is providing GMP pricing to Johns Hopkins University for the full demolition and replacement of the existing Alumni Memorial Residence 1 based on the Construction Documents. Drawings, specifications, reports and other documents have been uploaded to Building Connected for your use. This bid will be the basis of subcontract award.
The project includes a new 400-bed student residence hall with dining to replace the existing 200-bed building (three floors).
New building will be four floors above grade and one floor below with walkout basement.
Project includes new 500-seat Dining Hall
Please provide separate pricing for:
1) Residence Hall
2) Dining Hall
3) Loading Dock
4) Sitework
Taxes: The project is TAX EXEMPT.
Local Business Goals: 20% Baltimore City LBE (including lower tiers)
Insurance: This project will be under an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP)
