Project Description:
The Enoch Pratt Free Library is seeking proposals from qualified design-build general contractors to provide design-build construction and construction management services for improvements to the Reisterstown Road Branch located at 6310 Reisterstown Road, Baltimore, MD 21215.
Project Overview
The Project may include, but is not limited to:
Interior painting
Carpet removal and installation
Floor plan design
ADA and accessibility improvements
