HESS is seeking subcontracting bids for the St. Mary's County CHOPTICON HIGH SCHOOL multi-system renovations project. This project will be completed through a phased, occupied schedule.

Work includes:

• new ceilings and finishes
• full roof replacement
• structural updates to support roof and mechanical equipment
• Mechanical upgrades cover new building-wide systems
• Electrical work includes new lighting and controls
• Civil work includes temporary portable classrooms and related site and utility needs’

Multiple Unit Prices & Alternates may affect subcontractors’ scope of work.

The project is State-Funded and is subject to Prevailing Wages.

This project includes 10% MBE goal (MDOT Certification)
