This new two story Special Operations Facility (SOF) is approximately 107,800 GSF and includes a human performance center, a large multipurpose space, open office spaces & operations areas. The mission support areas have the joint staff offices, executive offices, labs, collaborative spaces, and meeting rooms. The facility includes redundant mechanical and electrical systems, secure telecommunication distribution systems, a loading dock area and larger server spaces.
The scope of work provides a full core and shell and fit-out design, including structure and foundations; elevator conveyance systems; electrical/mechanical service and distribution components and systems; fire protection, alarm and suppression; information technology and infrastructure, communications, and security systems support infrastructure. The Interior fit-out will provide raised access floor systems, acoustically rated interior partitions and ceilings, power, lighting, environmental controls, and communications.
