The M&T Bank Stadium Renovations Project Package 9 is an early release package for the renovation work at the stadium.
Gilbane Building Company, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following bid packages:
05T Structural Steel
31T Site Demo/Earthwork/Site Utility Relocation
Bidders must prequalify online at https://compass-app.com prior to submitting their bid.
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 1:00pm on Friday, June 14, 2024.

Notes:
Parking/Entrance Instructions are as follows:
1. Park in Parking Lot O
2. Enter Stadium through either the Southeast Entrance and go through Security.
3. This is an active work site; therefore, ALL Attendees MUST wear PPE. This includes hard hats, boots, vests, gloves, and protective eye wear.
4. Gilbane will meet all bidders on the Main Concourse level next to the entrance, just past security.
All additional information will be provided to invited/pre-qualified trade contractors via Bid Supplement through SmartBid.
