Applications are open for Grunley's 3rd Annual Associate Partner Training Program (APTP)! This program, reserved exclusively for small business subcontractors, leverages the experience and expertise of Grunley’s own leaders to provide small business leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in the construction industry, and in working with Grunley. Applications will close Friday, August 30th, 2024.
Participants will gain firsthand insight on Grunley's processes, procedures, expectations, and more, while also broadening their industry skills and knowledge. It's not just talk – in anonymous feedback surveys, this year's participating companies have rated their likeliness of recommending the program to a friend or colleague an average of 9.9/10. Please note, the Associate Partnership Training Program (APTP) requires consistent commitment from all participating companies. To successfully graduate the program, someone from your company must attend at least 7 of the 8 sessions, including the Final Presentation.
